As a member of the IT team, this role is responsible for delivering an exceptional in person technology experience by supporting the workplace systems employees rely on every day. You'll own the office network, AV and collaboration systems, physical security technology, and provide hands on IT support for employees and new hires. This is an onsite, individual contributor role based in Austin, reporting to the Manager of IT Ops.
