About the team
The Workplace team’s mission is to create and support work environments that are welcoming, comfortable, and intuitive. These spaces are designed to promote collaboration, well-being, and productivity while adhering to the rigorous safety, security, and confidentiality standards required of a financial services company.
The Workplace Experience team comprises operations, hospitality-focused and financially responsible professionals who directly shape the daily experiences of Stripes, visitors, and candidates across 20+ global office locations. This geographically dispersed team oversees facilities management, daily operations, and programs, including a culinary team dedicated to preparing nutritious meals.
What you’ll do
We're looking for a strategic leader and experienced workplace manager with a high EQ who's enthusiastic about, and has a driving need to deliver, the best possible workplace experience for Stripes. You will be a key member of our Experience team and responsible for ensuring that workplace operations, experiences, facilities, and programs run smoothly at our Dublin office.
