We’re looking for a visionary leader to grow and elevate our product marketing team, translating product excellence into market-winning GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers, partners, and analysts to stay close to market and competitive dynamics.

• Identify and drive GTM strategies for new market opportunities, emerging use cases, and points of competitive advantage.

• Partner with product management to shape roadmap strategy and positioning, translating customer and market signals into product decisions.

• Own launch strategy for new products and partnerships through sales readiness and customer adoption, against revenue and adoption targets.

• Define and evolve Fireblocks' market positioning and messaging, across every market we strategically compete in and every buyer we sell to.

• Translate product and market strategy into global GTM enablement across pre and post-sales teams.

• Set and manage the team's strategy and OKRs, while building a culture of excellence and investing in the team'
