About the Role
Verkada is seeking an Technical Content Architect to own the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical enablement content for both our internal Solutions Engineering team and our partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of presales engineering, instructional design, and partner enablement.
You will be responsible for identifying enablement gaps across internal SEs and channel partners, then building structured, scalable content to close those gaps. Your scope includes Verkada Certified Engineer (VCE) courseware, the new Presales Design Engineer certification track, technical playbooks, battle cards, and other enablemen
