THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated Deal Sourcing & Acquisition Analyst to support the Head of Data Center Acquisition in building and managing a high-quality pipeline of data center capacity opportunities. This role focuses on front-end sourcing, market intelligence, and deal triage to ensure a steady flow of credible, executable opportunities. You will operate at the intersection of market research, outreach, and early-stage diligence, helping separate real capacity from speculative supply. This is a tactical, execution-driven role requiring strong organization and proactive engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DEAL SOURCING & PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT - Source colocation, powered shell, land + power, and expansion opportunities - Conduct broker outreach, direct owner engagement, and cold outreach - Build and manage a global pipeline using CRM tools MARKET INTELLIGENCE & SCREENING - Identify emerging clusters and supply-demand imbalances - Screen opportunities for power, permitting, and credibility - Produce structured deal summaries EARLY-STAGE DILIGENCE SUPPORT - Validate provider claims (power, schedule, capacity) - Organize diligence materials and flag risks early RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT - Build network with developers, brokers,
