The Opportunity

We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own strategy across Ops Tech—the operational backbone of Flexport's freight forwarding business—and lead the build of an AI-powered freight operating system that automates the majority of work our operators do today. This is not a single-feature role, and it's not incremental tooling. You will define the vision for how multiple operational product surfaces work together across the shipment lifecycle—from exception handling to end-to-end task automation—then execute against that vision with a high degree of autonomy.

This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and business outcomes. The systems you build will directly move Flexport's cost structure, throughput, and service quality, so you'll be measured not by features shipped but by the operational and financial impact you realize.
