With data and advanced analytics at the center of our people strategy, we are seeking an analytically driven People Analytics professional to join our People Analytics team. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and enhance data-driven insights across the employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and Legal to deliver analytics that support strategic workforce planning, improve employee experiences, and enable informed business decisions.

You will apply advanced analytics, predictive modeling, statistical techniques, and emerging AI capabilities to ¯solve complex workforce challenges. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming data into actionable insights, collaborating across functions, and continuously advancing modern analytics practices within HR.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on the employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding through development and exit—by developing dashboards and reports that provide insights into hiring, attrition, engagement, performance, promotions, compensation, headcount, and organizational health.
