This role owns planning cadences, leadership rhythms, and decision follow-through so engineering leaders have clear priorities, visibility into risks and dependencies, and reliable execution of the “business of engineering.” This role partners closely with Product Operations and Technical Program Managers to ensure shared planning, reporting, and cross-functional narratives stay consistent across Product and Engineering.
