We’re seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Sr. Sourcer in APAC. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing candidates to help and scale our APAC team. The ideal candidate will have experience and expertise in sourcing, strategizing complex searches, building meaningful relationships with recruiting team peers and key stakeholders, and helping hire stellar candidates into Pinterest.
What you’ll do:
• Drive sourcing for multiple domains within our APAC hiring region, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
