As a Sr. Manager of Field Enablement for North America at Rubrik, you occupy a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of strategy and field execution. Rubrik operates in a hyper-growth environment, and this role is specifically designed to bridge the gap between global corporate strategy and the regional nuances of the North American theater. This is a remote role located in the United States.

Role Purpose

The Sr. Manager of Field Enablement (Americas) is an individual contributor role responsible for the productivity and readiness of the sales organization. You will architect and scale enablement programs—from onboarding to advanced value selling—ensuring that Account Executives in these regions are equipped to communicate Rubrik’s Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience value propositions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Strategy and Roadmap aligned to Global Enablement programs and programs based on the needs analysis and gaps by Leadership

• Gap Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of the sales team’s skills and performance to identify regional "readiness gaps."

• Executive Partnership: Act as the primary strategic partner to the Americas Regional Directors, aligning enablement KPIs with regional revenue targets.

• Program Development and Delivery

• Onboarding: Manage a world-class onboarding journey that reduces ramp time for new hires

• Methodology Mastery: Drive the adoption of Rubrik’s chosen sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message) to ensure consistency in pipeline qualification and deal execution.

• Metrics and Operational Excellence

• Data-Driven Insights: Track and report on enablement impact via CRM (Salesforce) and Sales Engagement tools (Clari).
