Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Global Services organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver more impact.
This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, solutions architecture, and internal enablement. We're looking for a strong technical problem solver who can quickly turn business challenges into practical AI solutions while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
You'll build AI-powered solutions that solve both creative and operational challenges. Your work will span accelerating content creation, enabling smarter learning experiences, connecting internal data sources, and automating workflows that improve efficiency and decision-making.
You'll also help teams use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean more effectively by building skills, prompts, and AI workflows that are reliable, reusable, and aligned to real business needs. As solutions grow in complexity, you'll help facilitate the evolution of workflows and prot
