SOURCING MANAGER, CAPITAL EQUIPMENT & CONSTRUCTION (STARSHIP)

SpaceX has the unique ability and desire to influence and shape suppliers to be better with us as we challenge our supply chain on cost, quality and delivery. This individual will support the procurement of construction services and related capital equipment for MEP/FP, civil, structural, architectural, and general construction scopes critical to Starship production, launch infrastructure, and Starbase facility expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction services including general contracting, MEP/FP, civil, structural, architectural, and specialty trades, as well as related capital equipment.

• Lead the creation of bid packages and manage competitive bidding processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs), including contractor prequalification, pre-bid meetings, site visits, bid evaluations, and award recommendations for construction scopes. <
