We are moving into a brand-new office in a prime location near Berlin Central Station in early 2027 and are looking for an experienced Senior Workplace Specialist to join and strengthen our Workplace team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new workplace from the ground up. Working closely with the wider Workplace team, you will play an important role in creating an office environment where employee experience, hospitality, and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do. As part of the transition to our new office, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering the office move. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, building management, and other partners to ensure a smooth and well-organized transition. Strong stakeholder management will be an important part of the role, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and effective coordination across all parties involved. Beyond the move, you will help ensure that our workplace runs smoothly day to day while creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for employees, visitors, and guests.
