Reddit is at a crucial point in our journey, and we are looking for a Senior Technical Solutions Manager based in Australia to drive the success of Reddit Ads across the APAC market. This role bridges two critical pillars within our organization: Core Ads Technical Support and Advanced Signals Implementation .

Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will serve as the premier regional subject matter expert (SME). You will handle deep diagnostic investigations to unblock business-critical revenue , while simultaneously driving white-glove, strategic conversions onboarding (CAPI and Pixel) for top-tier regional advertisers. As a Lead Technical Solutions Manager, you are expected to deliver system-level impact, translating field realities into product roadmap improvements and automated internal tools.
