YOUR MISSION UiPath’s Platform Engineering team builds the internal infrastructure and tooling that keeps engineering across UiPath fast, reliable, and consistent. That includes a hybrid cloud compute fleet - powering pipeline runs and other internal workloads on our own datacenter using virtualization technologies - alongside centralized initiatives like Automated product Sign-Off, performance testing, and the standardization of software development practices through tooling the team builds in-house. You’ll help build the software and tooling that make these systems self-managing and easy to consume, so engineering teams across UiPath can ship faster and with more confidence. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH - Develop tooling that empowers engineering teams to consume datacenter compute as easily as a managed cloud service. - Build services that provision, configure, and lifecycle-manage virtual machines on bare metal using virtualization technologies. - Provide the compute backbone for pipeline runs, end-to-end and automated testing at scale. - Expose our datacenter capacity as a single elastic fabric that internal workloads can schedule against on demand. - Automate the full host lifecycle as code; bring-up, hypervisor configuration, networking, storage, and decommissioning. - Improve the reliability, observability, and performance of the virtualization layer, and harden it for security and scale. - Contribute to centralized initiatives such as Automated Sign-Off and performance testing, helping teams v
