Robinhood is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Build team: the small, high-leverage team that turns the company's best AI-built prototypes into true enterprise-grade services. Robinhood has gone all-in on an AI-accelerated workforce: every week, Hoodies across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and beyond use sanctioned AI tools to build working prototypes of the tools they wish they had. The best of those ideas deserve to become real software. That is this team's entire job, and yours.

The team is built on the premise that AI multiplies what a senior engineer can own: agents do the first pass of assessment, porting, and scaffolding; you review, harden, and decide.
