Summary

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our high-impact team focused on product scalability, customer experience, and revenue growth . Our team owns business-critical services including customer onboarding and off-boarding , billing and metering , cloud marketplace integrations , customer-facing usage and cost reporting , and the account data integrations that keep revenue systems in sync across the business.

In this role, you'll lead technical direction and build systems that directly impact Temporal's revenue engine and customer journey . You'll partner closely with engineers, product managers, finance, revenue operations, support, and sales to design resilient architectures, drive cross-functional execution, and raise the reliability and scalability bar for our billing, metering, and customer lifecycle platforms.
