In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Security teams to architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that improve productivity, data quality, automation, and customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated third party systems. - Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce customizations including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and platform automation - Partner with stakeholders across GTM and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions - Improve and maintain Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance standards - Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms such as MuleSoft, NetSuite, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation, customer support, and data platforms - Drive platform optimization, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement ini
