About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives and scale AI-native operating workflows across Skydio’s go-to-market organization. This person will partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems to improve process execution, drive organizational alignment, and increase operating leverage across the revenue engine. This is a role for a high-agency operator who can bring structure to ambiguity, move fluidly across teams, and turn business needs into scalable processes, workflows, and operational improvements. You’ll help strengthen the operating mechanisms behind the revenue engine while identifying practical ways to embed AI and automation into day-to-day execution.
