This is a strategic project ownership role for someone who brings deep sales knowledge, sharp analytical instincts, and the ability to design and deliver the right interventions — across whatever modalities and approaches best serve the goal of improving rep and manager performance. You will work from a clear hypothesis about what moves the needle, build the program, execute with rigor, and measure what actually changed. You approach this work with an AI-forward mindset — actively looking for how data, technology, and emerging tools can make the work sharper and the outcomes more durable. As part of the Operations Performance & Learning team, you will report directly to the Associate Director of Program Delivery and serve as a model for what strong enablement looks like — influencing the broader team through the quality of your work and the standard you set.
