About the Role: This Senior Product Manager is a highly strategic role that will shape the future of Fleet Management and Internal Tooling across the Skydio Cloud platform. You’ll lead both the customer-facing fleet management software that powers our customers’ drone operations, along with the internal systems that make exceptional customer experiences possible. You’ll transform fragmented workflows, telemetry, service data, and real-world field challenges into a cohesive platform vision—and rally teams across Cloud, UX, hardware, firmware, operations, support, and go-to-market to bring it to life, from early discovery through launch and adoption. Location: This position is based onsite 5 days/week at our HQ in San Mateo, CA. We offer relocation assistance if needed. How You’ll Make an Impact: - Own and evolve the roadmap for Fleet Management and Internal Tooling, spanning device inventory and health, pilot and organization administration, troubleshooting, support, service, and repair workflows. - Define the end-to-end dock service experience from issue detection and remote diagnosis through dispatch, parts, repair, verification, and closure, with a focus on reducing mean time to repair and repeat visits. - Drive feature definition and prioritization in close collaboration with design, engineering, and go-to-
