The role

About the Team Miro’s Design team is on a mission to improve the experience of knowledge work, productivity tools, and remote collaboration. We produce best-in-class solutions for a future of work that’s diverse, intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable to use. Maybe that’s why our product is so globally beloved. The Growth Design team is dedicated to designing experiences that help users understand Miro's value, make confident purchasing decisions, and upgrade at the right moments. We focus on pricing surfaces, packaging strategies, upgrade flows, paywalls, in-product prompts, and lifecycle touchpoints that convert free users into paying customers and guide existing customers to expand their usage. Operating across both self-serve (PLG) and enterprise segments, we design foundational systems that balance user experience with measurable business impact. About the Role As a Senior Product Designer for the Growth Monetisation team, you will design the experiences that directly influence how users perceive value, convert to paid plans, and expand their investment in Miro across both product-led growth and enterprise motion. You will run experiments and tackle complex, high-leverage challenges at the intersection of psychology, business strategy, and user experience, for individual buyers exploring Miro independently and enterprise teams navigating multi-stakeholder purchasing decisions. What you’ll do - Lead the end-to-end design of monetisation experiences, creating pricing pages, upgrade flows, checkout experiences, paywalls, and in-product conversion touch points that scale across self-serve users and enterprise accounts for our multi-product platform - Design and run data-driven experiments focused on conversion, retention, and expansion metrics across different customer segments, driving a fast-paced experimentation culture by rapidly prototyping, A/B testing, and iterating on designs with cross-functional partners based on hypotheses, success criteria, and quantitati
