SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Project / Technical Delivery shifts from localized team management to a critical Regional Focus. Modeled as a "storm pilot," this role requires a multi-department focus and the ability to influence thinking in highly sensitive situations. You will establish operational objectives, delegate assignments to lower managers, and maintain strict accountability for adhering to long-term regional work plans, budgets, and short-term goals. On the delivery side, you establish the Quality Assurance frameworks for regional delivery teams and oversee multiple complex legacy-to-Snowflake modernization workstreams simultaneously. You serve as a key executive advisor, negotiating high-stakes Statements of Work (SOWs) and advising customer senior management on modernization ROI and risk mitigation. WHY THIS ROLE?
