Senior Manager, Large Customer Sales (Entertainment)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team within the Entertainment vertical of our Large Customer Sales org. You will lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the fast-growing Reddit platform.

Please note, this is one role that is required to be based in person in Los Angeles or New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Talent Development

• Actively coach, develop and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers

• Manage a high-performing team by recruiting and retaining top talent, while balancing resources efficiently

• Keep a pulse on key industry trends and insights and leverage your deep vertical knowledge to further the development of your team

• Provide thought leadership and guid
