As Senior Manager of FP&A , you'll own financial partnership across R&D, G&A, and Cost of Sales — working directly with the CTO, CPO, CFO, and other functional leaders as their primary finance counterpart. You'll translate complex operational activity into clear financial narratives, build the models that drive decisions, and show up as the finance partner your business partners actually want to call. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable building a bottoms-up headcount model one day and challenging a business leader's assumptions the next.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

FP&A Business Partnership — R&D, Product, Engineering, Zoominfo Talent Solutions (ZTS), and G&A

• Serve as the dedicated finance partner to R&D, Product, Engineering, ZTS, and G&A leadership; owning the full forecast cycle, including AOP/Monthly/Quarterly planning, as well as bottoms-up budget builds, headcount planning, ELT-ready scenario modeling, and investment analysis

• Build and maintain dynamic models covering headcount, OpEx, and unit economics across all assigned functions.
