Senior IT Engineer, Audio Visual

In This Role, You Will...: ● Own the company's AV technology platform, including Zoom, Zoom Rooms, video conferencing hardware, and digital signage, and drive the roadmap for each. ● Coordinate with external vendors on the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of AV systems and equipment. ● Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for complex AV, conferencing, and meeting room issues, in person and remotely. ● Partner with the Internal Events Production team to provide AV and technical support for company-wide events, as needed. ● Act as a backup to IT Executive Services, supporting meeting logistics, Zoom, and Google Calendar questions for executive stakeholders. Qualifications: ● 8+ years of experience in a similar audio visual or IT engineering role, including 1+ year leading a team. ● Strong IT foundation, including networking concepts and Windows/macOS troubleshooting in an enterprise environment. ● Experience administering Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and related conferencing hardware (Neat / Logitech) and software platforms. ● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across the organization. ● Experience providing white-glove executive support. Bonus Qualifications: ● AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification. ● Experience configuring Extron, Crestron, Q-SYS or similar room control systems. ● Project or program management experience.
