SENIOR HRIS ANALYST I

Based on site at Rocket Lab's Headquarters in Long Beach, CA, the Senior HRIS Analyst will play an integral role within the Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) team. This role requires specialization in HRIS platforms, particularly Workday HCM and ADP payroll systems.

In this role you will engage closely with various departments and stakeholders across different geographical locations, including Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, EIS, and IT. Your core responsibility will be to provide HRIS solutions, support, and comprehensive analysis of HR data.

As part of the EIS team, you will report to the Manager of Enterprise Information Systems.
