The Role:

Joining as our Sr HR Business Partner - EMEA, you’ll own and execute Klaviyo’s HRBP Playbook, partnering with leaders across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and the broader EMEA region, often supporting them from a different location to your own. You’ll act as a thought partner for leaders and a trusted confidant to employees, coaching them on aligning teams to business objectives and enhancing team culture through learning and development, talent management, and performance management.

A key focus of this role is supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across EMEA: Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. You’ll bring strong employment law expertise across multiple EMEA jurisdictions and navigate complex employee relations situations with confidence.
