As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Voice Communication team, you'll help build how tens of millions of people talk to each other on Roblox. Voice is one of our most important levers for deeper social connection, and you'll shape the client experience that makes real-time communication feel fast, reliable, and natural on any device.Your work has a direct impact on how many people use communication on Roblox every day. and it sits at the center of our mission to reimagine how people come together.

You will lead the charge in architecting a robust, highly scalable voice client foundation designed to serve as a company-wide platform. Your work will ensure that any internal team at Roblox can easily onboard and integrate voice capabilities into their products.
