The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to lead the Integrations, Workflows / Orchestration and Data Management groups a within our Platform Engineering organization. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role responsible for the connectors, integrations and outgoing data orchestration to push ZoomInfo’s data product to customer systems.

You will lead a team of approximately 40 engineers and contractors across three pillars:

• Integrations - connects ZoomInfo's data product to the systems our customers already run — CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, data warehouses, and BI platforms — through a growing library of native connectors and APIs.

• Workflows and Orchestration - powers the automated, multi-step processes that move and act on data across systems — from account matching to complex, event-driven business logic triggered by buying signals and business rules.

• Data Management - keeps data ZoomInfo delivers clean, current, and trustworthy — covering deduplication, standardization, enrichment, and continuous verification across customer systems.
