How you can help make a better world of work

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Financial Control to lead and modernise Culture Amp’s global financial control function. You’ll bring together strong technical accounting expertise, operational leadership, and a systems mindset to ensure our financial operations are accurate, compliant, scalable, and trusted across the business.

You’ll set the operating model and roadmap for financial control across reporting and compliance, tax, financial operations, and vendor management and procurement. You’ll also lead the function’s automation and AI agenda, using better data, clear definitions
