The team’s mission is to enable fast, reliable, low-friction CI/CD workflows for developers (and increasingly, for agents) by owning CI pipeline architecture patterns, CI developer experience, and application-layer performance improvements. This is not a “runner infra” role. You’ll work at the intersection of build systems, test architecture, workflow design, and developer tooling—partnering closely with CI Platform (runners/orchestration/caching/observability) and with product engineering teams (codebases, build targets, test suites).
