The Role As a Senior Consultant in our Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value. Veeva Analytic Business Consulting removes the legacy barrier of data preparation by bringing pre-integrated, industry best-in-class data to generate high-impact insights. Our analyses jump start field activation, pinpoint the right patient populations and HCPs, driving higher engagement and improving patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do: Project Leadership: Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions Team Management: Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the Global Analytics practice while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred) Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment. Proficiency in SQL with the ability to quickly master new tools as needed Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher Nice to Have: Knowledge of Veeva products Proficiency in Python Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions Interviewing with Veeva: We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process.
