YOUR MISSION The Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) helps lead complex, cross-functional automation initiatives and drives high-value automation opportunities across the enterprise for Banking and Financial Services Customers. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and serves as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring automation solutions deliver measurable business outcomes aligned to enterprise objectives. The Sr. BA goes beyond documenting processes — they identify transformational automation opportunities, influence solution design decisions, shape change adoption strategies and contribute to reusable assets and best practices that elevate UiPath’s internal automation maturity. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH Strategic Opportunity Identification & Business Case Development - Proactively identify and evaluate high-value, cross-functional automation opportunities aligned to enterprise strategy. - Assess feasibility, complexity, scalability, and ROI of automation initiatives. - Define and quantify business cases with measurable outcomes (cost savings, efficiency gains, risk reduction, quality improvement). - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in prioritizing automation initiatives. - Contribute to building and sustaining a robust automation pipeline.
