In this role, you will serve as a trusted analytics partner to our highest-value service professionals, combining deep data analysis with hands-on account management to drive pro success and platform engagement. You will own relationships with large pro accounts, proactively surfacing performance insights and working directly with pros to walk them through their numbers, identify growth opportunities, and align on strategies for improvement. As a Senior Analyst, you'll go beyond reporting on what happened by delivering data-backed recommendations that answer "what will happen?" and "what should we do?" and then translate those insights into actionable strategies for the pros who need them most.
