Position Overview:
The Sealer Production Team Leader is responsible for managing daily seam sealing, underbody coating, PVC application, and cavity protection operations in the automotive paint shop. This role ensures proper body sealing performance, water leak, noise reduction, corrosion protection, and appearance quality in accordance with OEM standards.
