The role
The Sales Engineering Transformation team is dedicated to creating and maintaining the most elite Sales Engineering (SE) team in the industry. We achieve this by owning the end-to-end enablement process and leveraging cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence to modernize how our teams learn . From onboarding to continuous training, we validate our SEs using AI-backed coaching and analytics, ensuring they have fully absorbed complex technical knowledge and can effectively deliver it to our customers and partners.
This role is a critical pillar of our Sales Engineering Transformation team. You aren't just teaching our broader Sales Engineering community about AI—you are actively using AI to fundamentally reform how enablement is delivered across the entire organization . We are looking for an innovator who has successfully integrated GenAI, conversational intelligence, and AI-driven coaching into large-scale training programs. You will be responsible for elevating the technical expertise of all our SEs, ensuring they possess cutting-edge knowledge of AI infrastructure, Machine Learning concepts, and our specific product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• AI-Powered Enablement Strategy: Design and develop advanced training curriculums utilizing AI coaching tools, virtual roleplay environments, and modern enablement platforms to scale learning across the global SE community.
• AI Training Delivery: Lead in-person bootcamps and virtual sessions that educate new and existing SEs on our core AI capabilities, product architecture, and integration strategies.
• GenAI Content Creation: Leverage Generative AI to rapidly build, iterate, and tailor training materials, ensuring the global SE knowledge base remains agile and current with fast-moving industry trends.
