The Opportunity

As the Enablement Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Postman’s global go-to-market organization across Sales and Post-Sales teams. You will design and execute enablement projects and programs that improve go-to-market rep productivity, accelerate new hire ramp, strengthen manager effectiveness, increase pipeline generation, and improve win rates.

This role supports global enablement initiatives across all go-to-market teams, including continuous learning, skills development, product knowledge, tools adoption, customer messaging, leadership development, new hire onboarding, and process changes across regions and segments.

The position reports into the Manager, Revenue Enablement. It is based in our San Francisco office and is best suited for someone who thrives in an in-person environment and values in-person collaboration.
