ROLE OVERVIEW As a Revenue Operations Senior Manager, you lead an AI-native, high-impact revenue operations function at Materialize, partnering with GTM and Finance to maximize growth by setting strategy, targets, reporting, and running the systems and processes that power a predictable revenue engine. You report to the VP of Finance & Operations and work closely with our Head of Sales and CEO. You operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator: comfortable setting direction and driving a roadmap, while also rolling up your sleeves to build dashboards, fix processes, or troubleshoot systems yourself when that's the fastest path forward. For strong performers, this role offers a clear path to running the Revenue Operations department as a future Head of Revenue Operations. You'll help shape how Materialize scales its revenue engine at a pivotal moment, contributing directly to the growth of a company building core data infrastructure for the AI era.
