The role

Datadog is seeking a Regional Marketing Content Manager, LATAM to accelerate our brand presence and business growth in the LATAM countries, such as Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, and others.

This role goes beyond translation — you will lead the development, adaptation, and execution of content strategies that bring Datadog’s global messages to life for local audiences while creating original, LATAM-specific content that resonates with customers.

Working closely with global and regional teams, you will ensure a consistent brand experience across product messaging, campaigns, events, and digital channels, helping deliver Datadog’s value to the LATAM markets in a clear and compelling way.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute content strategies tailored to LATAM markets including campaigns, ABM programs, product launches, customer stories, events, and PR initiatives

• Create and adapt localized storytelling and messaging based on global marketing assets

• Manage high-quality content creation in collaboration with global teams and external partners (translation vendors, writers, creative agencies, etc.)

• Manage content publishing across multiple channels — website, social media, blogs, email, and event materials

• Provide market insights and feedback to global teams to inform global marketing strategies and initiatives

• Ensure brand consistency across tone, voice, and messaging in all LATAM marketing assets

• Oversee localization projects including planning, timelines, quality, and cost management
