We work with customers across a range of industries, moving from a general motion toward a vertical model where reps develop deep expertise in a single industry. This team sits alongside the broader EMEA and global enterprise organisation.

This role suits a commercially sharp, operationally rigorous leader who's comfortable building in an early-stage, still-maturing market and turning early traction into a scalable region.

Responsibilities

• Own quota attainment and forecast accuracy across the team, with the pipeline health and win-rate discipline to back it up

• Partner directly with AEs on large, multi-threaded opportunities, orchestrati
