About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and organized Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite at our HQ located in San Mateo, CA. This is a perfect role for a recent graduate or someone looking to launch their career in People Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the "Face of Skydio" for our candidates—managing their onsite experience, scheduling their interviews, and ensuring they feel welcomed. You will learn the ins and outs of recruiting tools like Ashby and Workday while supporting university recruiting events and intern programs.
