As a Project Manager, you are the foundation of our delivery team, focusing on mid-sized technical projects. You provide critical visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout the implementation lifecycle. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Project Governance: Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia. - Work Structures: Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks. - Meeting Leadership: Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up. - Conflict Management: Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track. - Success Metrics: Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve C
