About the role

We're hiring a Product Designer to lead the design of some of Chime's most important member experiences across Growth, Spending, or Lending . This is a highly influential individual contributor role for a designer who combines exceptional visual craft with systems thinking and product strategy. You'll help define not just how our products look and feel, but what we build and why—creating experiences that millions of members rely on to make financial progress.

You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Content Design to solve complex customer problems, shape product direction, and deliver elegant, intuitive experiences from concept through launch. If you're energized by ambiguity, obsessed with craft, and excited to raise the quality bar across an organization, we'd love to meet you.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $174,000 and up to $245,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
