The Problems You'll Solve

The Client Partner team is a new team at Carta. We seek a technical private capital industry and accounting expert with exceptional client service and relationship skills to ensure a successful customer experience and journey from late stage sales through go live for our largest and most complex Clients.

As a Private Capital Client Partner, you’ll work to:

• Increase win rates through partnership with Go To Market teams during late stage sales

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Carta and industry best practices and trends to complete operational and technical discovery and solutioning

• Serve as the Client’s trusted advisor and advocate from late stage sale throughout onboarding and parallel periods to eventual go-live

• Ensure smooth transitions between all team handoffs with a consistent, trusted expert

• Partner with R&D and Delivery teams to develop a strategy and process for non-standard items via product or operational model

• Ensure proper expectation setting and alignment across all internal and external stakeholders&nbsp
