What You'll do:
• Own the tooling and services that power the next generation of our CI/CD pipelines—the GitOps deployment API/CLI ( TypeScript/Node, NestJS ), self-service deployment capabilities ( ArgoCD / Helm / Cloud Run ), the shared TypeScript package ecosystem (an Nx monorepo ), and the ingress layer—making the calls on how these systems evolve, integrate, and stay reliable as a large share of the company depends on them, in partnership with our CI/CD team.
• Lead the stabilization and strategic evolution and stabilization of these mission-critical systems; prioritize technical knowledge capture and de-risk the highest-leverage deployment paths as the platform transitions to your ownership.
• Lead technical direction—golden paths, standards, and the multi-quarter roadmap—across the delivery tooling and the Go automation and intelligence platform (internal APIs, durable workflows, agentic tooling), including build-vs-buy, consolidation, and sunset calls.
• Stay hands-on at the hard edges—design and build the highest-leverage, highest-risk components yourself in Go and TypeScript/Node , and set the patterns others follow.
• Shape how we apply Agentic AI , MCP (Model Context Protocol) , and durable workflows ( Temporal ) to automate the creation, upgrading, and auditing of infrastructure.
