Snowflake is seeking a Senior People Partner to serve as the primary strategic advisor to our Finance leadership organization, including direct partnerships with the Chief Financial Officer. This is a highly visible, staff-plus role designed for an experienced People Partner who operates with executive presence, strong independent judgment, and the ability to shape people strategy at scale. This role is based in our Menlo Park office, with in-office attendance required three days per week. Due to the nature of ELT partnership, location flexibility is not available for this position. The Senior People Partner will work closely with senior Finance leaders, the G&A People Partner leadership team, and People Centers of Excellence to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and business-aligned people strategy. This role reports to the Director, G&A People Partners.
