About the team and role:

At Klaviyo, our mission is to empower creators to own their growth. We're looking for a high-performing Presales Project Manager to lead a function built around AI-driven deliverables, creative problem-solving and cross-functional project management. The setting is customer questionnaires and proposals, but the day-to-day is about running creative, fast-moving delivery rather than traditional RFP processes.

This is an individual contributor role with real visibility across the go-to-market organization. You'll be the first dedicated hire in this function, which means you'll shape it from the ground up rather than inherit a fixed process.
