HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT As a People Systems Analyst, you will be a key player in optimizing and scaling our Workday ecosystem. You will serve as a functional contributor to our core operations, bringing a strong configuration focus to at least one (or more) of our core operational modules: Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off & Absence, while maintaining a solid foundational knowledge of the broader HCM suite. You will partner closely with Cross-Functional teams—including IT, Finance, and People Operations—to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensuring data integrity and seamless system performance. WHAT YOU’LL DO - System Configuration & Optimization: Act as a functional administrator supporting Workday configuration, with a specific focus on one or more of the following modules: Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off & Absence, while collaborating on core HCM, Benefits, Talent, and Advanced Compensation. - Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports and complex calculated fields to deliver actionable data insights to stakeholders. - Data & Mass Loads: Own data integrity by managing mass data updates, tenant configuration changes, and business process improvements using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs). - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely
