The Role: People Operations Associate
As part of the Gemini People Team, you'll help shape and scale our People Operations function as we continue to grow. As an Associate, People Operations, you'll own and support key People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and orientation to offboarding, HR systems, and employee data management. You'll play an integral role in delivering a seamless employee experience by ensuring our people programs and operations are efficient, accurate, compliant, and people-centered.
In this role, you'll partner closely with teams across the business to execute core People initiatives, continuously improve processes, and identify opportunities to simplify and automate workflows. You'll regularly work with highly confidential information and be trusted to exercise sound judgment and discretion while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
